Redemption

So I’m doing a second review on this product . So ima give this 4 stars instead of the 1 star . They finally responded and are willing to send me the right product that I order . Also get to keep the neck massagers . I guess it’s kool , but let see if I get the right product and hopefully it works great on the lumbar . I’ve had major surgery on m lumbar spine , so hopefully this will help with those long drives .

Wrong item sent

My order clearly states I wanted the lumbar massager. The order says in black and white I wants the lumbar massagers. I wanted 2 of them . And I got a neck massager . I didnt pay for a neck massager. I paid for a lumbar massagers. I sent them a message but still haven’t heard back . This will be the last thing I buy from them . Customer service is horrible no one answers . So I have to wait until they decide to respond. Don’t waste your time or money . I give this a 0 in customer service

Sorry for the inconvenience. We have arranged to resend you the lumbar massager. You don't need to return the neck massager you have. Just consider it as a gift from us. This is indeed our fault. We did send the wrong product.
Two lumbar massagers will be sent to you in the next two days. Please pay attention to the package then.
