Processing Time
The processing time begins from the date you placed your order. It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can then ship it.
Orders cannot be returned after 30 nature days. Please contact us within 30 nature days from the date you receive the item. (Note: Steering wheels are custom products and will not be accepted for any return reason other than quality issues)

Return Shipping Fee
We do not charge a return handling fee.
Here are three return situations regarding the shipping fee:
1. If the product has a quality problem within 30 nature days after you receive the item, we will cover the freight you ship to us and refund your full order amount.
2. If the product doesn't have a quality problem, and you would like to return the order for personal reasons, please note that you will be responsible for paying the freight of the returned goods, and the original shipping fee we shipped to you will be reduced in your refund.
3. Any additional charges arising from “reject” or “return to sender” shipments will be deducted from the total refund amount.

The inflation is really fast, and it is basically full after one minute of charging. The mattress is very thick, and it is not afraid of being crushed when two people lie down. The shape fits perfectly with the car. I am very satisfied.
It is very comfortable to sleep on it when camping. It can also be used for stargazing through the skylight at night. It is very convenient to store after pumping air. I recommended to buy it.
A very practical product, a must for travel and camping enthusiasts, the mattress inflates and deflates quickly, and can be stored in the frunk without taking up space in the car. The mattress is more comfortable than any other car mattress I've bought before. Very stunning product.
The mattress is slightly thin but with nice coating. The pump intake is close to the fabric making it difficult to inflate
The mattress could be 10-20cm longer and is a little short for my height (183cm). I find the integrated pillows rather annoying as I prefer to use my own pillow. Otherwise, the mattress is very comfortable and quick to set up. The workmanship is also very good. It is also very light and easy to transport.
