Normally we ship in 24-48 hours on the business day, and 48-72 hours on holiday, the customized products like steering wheels will take 7-10 days to produce before delivery.
Orders cannot be returned after 30 nature days. Please contact us within 30 nature days from the date you receive the item. (Note: Steering wheels are custom products and will not be accepted for any return reason other than quality issues)

Return Shipping Fee
We do not charge a return handling fee.
Here are three return situations regarding the shipping fee:
1. If the product has a quality problem within 30 nature days after you receive the item, we will cover the freight you ship to us and refund your full order amount.
2. If the product doesn't have a quality problem, and you would like to return the order for personal reasons, please note that you will be responsible for paying the freight of the returned goods, and the original shipping fee we shipped to you will be reduced in your refund.

Will the instatllation affect my car warranty?
It won't affect the warranty. It’s like installing a stereo in your regular car and that doesn’t affect the warranty. It only affects the warranty if you go deep into modification. This is just plug-and-play installation.
Does the 7 inch screen have seat adjustment function?
Yes, the new upgraded vesion 7 inch display has co-pilot seat adjustment function from February 1, 2023.
Why the touch screen doesn't work after I install it?
You need to calibrate the touch screen, please put 5 fingers on the screen for about 1S, and then the calibration interface will appear. After calibration, you can get the touch screen function.
How should I connect to get sound?
For 7" screen, please connect your original car Bluetooth on the screen, then the sound will be played through your original vehicle. For 8" screen, the sound can be played through the Bluetooth earphone, screen built-in speaker or original vehicle speakers.
