Shipping Time
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

Processing Time
The processing time begins from the date you placed your order. It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can then ship it.
Orders cannot be returned after 30 nature days. Please contact us within 30 nature days from the date you receive the item. (Note: Steering wheels are custom products and will not be accepted for any return reason other than quality issues)
Product Warranty
We provide a 1-year quality guarantee risk-free for all products in our store after you place an order.
Return Shipping Fee
We do not charge a return handling fee.
Here are three return situations regarding the shipping fee:
1. If the product has a quality problem within 30 nature days after you receive the item, we will cover the freight you ship to us and refund your full order amount.
2. If the product doesn't have a quality problem, and you would like to return the order for personal reasons, please note that you will be responsible for paying the freight of the returned goods, and the original shipping fee we shipped to you will be reduced in your refund.
3. Any additional charges arising from “reject” or “return to sender” shipments will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Nowhere on their website does it mention that these wheel covers will NOT be compatible with the Refreshed Model 3 Highlands. The only description you get is "Compatible wheel size: Model 3 18 Inches" and doesn't even say what year! So if you are one of the millions Tesla Model 3 Highland owners and that's your car, save your money and do NOT buy these. They will not fit. I emailed them for correct replacements they told me they do not carry M3 Highlands wheel covers. As the result, now they want me to pay to return these useless wheel covers AND they will also charge an additional 8% "restocking fee" as their store policy. Horrible business. Don't buy anything from this store.
We have confirmed the whole matter with the relevant personnel. It is indeed our negligence. We have asked our staff to contact you and provide you with a free return. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
