Normally we ship in 24-48 hours on the business day, and 48-72 hours on holiday, the customized products like steering wheels will take 7-10 days to produce before delivery.
Orders cannot be returned after 30 nature days. Please contact us within 30 nature days from the date you receive the item. (Note: Steering wheels are custom products and will not be accepted for any return reason other than quality issues)

Return Shipping Fee
We do not charge a return handling fee.
Here are three return situations regarding the shipping fee:
1. If the product has a quality problem within 30 nature days after you receive the item, we will cover the freight you ship to us and refund your full order amount.
2. If the product doesn't have a quality problem, and you would like to return the order for personal reasons, please note that you will be responsible for paying the freight of the returned goods, and the original shipping fee we shipped to you will be reduced in your refund.
3. Any additional charges arising from “reject” or “return to sender” shipments will be deducted from the total refund amount.

The product is as described, the quality of the plastic is a little less, aesthetic imperfections on the LED bar and after 1 week some internal cracks appeared on the upper left light, without having had any impacts or damage caused by my assembly. The damage is internal and not external. Same fate for the lower left light, arrived with the same damage, but immediately noticed and sent by the assistance as a replacement, I was not recognized the replacement under warranty for the defect described above. I only had a proposal for a paid replacement. In my opinion, it does not align perfectly and there are some gaps, but acceptable, the installation is only a little complicated for the passage in the rubber tube of the Trunk, but all in all quite easy. The visual effect is beautiful. I do not recommend only for the quality of the material
Listen up, folks! I recently splurged on these Tesla taillights for my Model Y, and let me tell you, they're worth every penny! Yeah, they might seem a bit pricey at first, but the quality and performance you get? Outstanding! The LED lights are crazy bright and make sure other drivers can't miss me on the road.

The installation process was straightforward, and I was able to do it myself without any issues. The LED lights provide excellent visibility and make my Tesla even more visible during nighttime drives.A great upgrade for my Model 3 2023 years.
