Normally we ship in 24-48 hours on the business day, and 48-72 hours on holiday, the customized products like steering wheels will take 7-10 days to produce before delivery.
Orders cannot be returned after 30 nature days. Please contact us within 30 nature days from the date you receive the item. (Note: Steering wheels are custom products and will not be accepted for any return reason other than quality issues)

Return Shipping Fee
We do not charge a return handling fee.
Here are three return situations regarding the shipping fee:
1. If the product has a quality problem within 30 nature days after you receive the item, we will cover the freight you ship to us and refund your full order amount.
2. If the product doesn't have a quality problem, and you would like to return the order for personal reasons, please note that you will be responsible for paying the freight of the returned goods, and the original shipping fee we shipped to you will be reduced in your refund.
3. Any additional charges arising from “reject” or “return to sender” shipments will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Bellissima tendina elettrica facile a montare ma fatevi dare una mano da soli é un po’ laboriosa, il passaggio del cavo dal baule all’interno della macchina é difficile e dovete trovare il punto adatto per fare passare là fettuccine di plastica che vi aiuterà a trainare il cavo che porta la corrente alla tendina. Capita che il sistema da chiusura automatica passi a manuale e dove dovete tenere premuto il pulsante di apertura/chiusura questo inconveniente si risolve premendo velocemente per tre volte il pulsante di chiusura/apertura e funzionerà automaticamente, il colore va bene é quasi uguale
Didn’t fit the 2025 MY and the metal brackets pre installed scratched the roof lining despite having someone help it was too large for the 2025 MY.
Marches well, fits well, install was not bad, just getting wire to back was the hard thing. Electrical easy to connect and hide. Hope it last a long time!
This sunshade is a nice upgrade for my Model Y. It makes a noticeable difference in reducing heat and glare. The electric operation is smooth, and it looks great. Installation was a bit tricky, but overall, I'm pleased with the purchase.
When received it I installed immediately about 1 hour. Omg I really love it so much . 👍
