Return And Refund Policies

Our company address is not a return address. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

If the product is a customized product like a customized steering wheel and is in production, there's no refund or return without quality problems.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • What is the product warranty date?

We provide a 1-year warranty from the day you receive the items.

In 30 days after you receive the items, if there is any quality issue with the product, please provide pictures or videos that can show the product quality problems, we will bear the return and exchange shipping fee after we confirm the quality issue.

 In 31-  720 days after you receive the items, if there is any quality issue with the product, Tlyard will bear the responsibility of replacement and repairs, the resulting round-trip freight needs to be borne by the customer.

  • How can customers return your products?

■ In Store
To start a return, please get in touch with us at service@tlyard.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • What is the restocking fee?

The restocking fee is 8% of the order amount.

  • What is the return or exchange shipping fee?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact customer service to cancel the order as soon as possible before the order is shipped. If your order has been shipped and you still want to cancel it, please return it after you receive it and should follow the terms "b".

In 30 days after you receive the items, if there is no quality issue with the product, please note that the return or exchange shipping fee should be borne by the customer, as well as the possible customs duties and other expenses. 

- a. For exchange orders, customers should bear the return and reshipping shipping fee. What's more, an 8% restocking fee will be charged. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. (Except for large volume items, please send an email to service@tlyard.com to confirm it) 

- b.  For return orders, the customer should bear the return shipping costs.  What's more, an 8% restocking fee will be charged. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. (Except for bulk items, please send an email to service@tlyard.com to confirm the detailed amount)


  • Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
