Normally we ship in 24-48 hours on the business day, and 48-72 hours on holiday, the customized products like steering wheels will take 7-10 days to produce before delivery.
Orders cannot be returned after 30 nature days. Please contact us within 30 nature days from the date you receive the item. (Note: Steering wheels are custom products and will not be accepted for any return reason other than quality issues)

Return Shipping Fee

Here are three return situations regarding the shipping fee:
1. If the product has a quality problem within 30 nature days after you receive the item, we will cover the freight you ship to us and refund your full order amount.
2. If the product doesn't have a quality problem, and you would like to return the order for personal reasons, please note that you will be responsible for paying the freight of the returned goods, and the original shipping fee we shipped to you will be reduced in your refund.
3. Any additional charges arising from “reject” or “return to sender” shipments will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Very happy with the price and the product but knocking down my review to 3 stars because TL Yard could do a better job of communicating that this unit is NOT "One Size Fits All". I put in my 2021 Model Y specs and was directed to this unit which I purchased. It was only on install that I realized that this unit is for USB Type A connections and my Tesla comes with USB Type C. I should have caught it but when I emailed support TL Yard says they don't have the USBC version in stock and they dont know when they will. It's not a major deal but having USB A slots with a USBC need really makes this install look a bit messy. I tried to create a custom bumper to fill the gap but ultimately I am probably going to source the USBC model somewhere else since it looks amateur right now.
The unit itself is great and it's jsut what we needed. Something simple to allow passengers (kids) in the back to fast forward a song, change their heat or move the seat if no one is in the front. I actually really enjoy the ability to move the seat when I am cleaning the car. The install is pretty basic and there is a decent YouTube video for step-by-step instructions but it glossed over a few of the trickier parts of the install. One of which is routing the one wire/Jumper cable to the passenger seat side. It's kind of a bitch and quite the challenge to install without bending the crap out of everything. A good pair of super long needle nose pliers is what really helped me.
So overall, happy with the unit but disappointed with TL Yard Support. They are slow and appear to be in China so there is a bit of a language barrier and I found them to be generally unhelpful. This was my first TL YARD purchase and probably my last since this unit is available from loads of different vendors.
I like this screen as it is simple, provides just the right amount of features. I don't like some of the Android screens that you have to update software and could compromise your car if software is kept up to date. The two areas which need to be fixed are: 1) The time format should allow 12 hour (AM PM) but only works with military time for the digital time. I have to switch to analog. Secondly, it would be ideal to fix the fahrenheit temp to read without the decimal. The decimal makes sense for Celcius but not for fahrenheit.

It's such a relief to have individual control of the rear climate, ensuring everyone's comfort during long drives. Overall, I'm delighted with this feature and would highly recommend Tesla owners.
