Tlyard promises to refund if the product has a quality problem. We have enough confidence in the quality of our products. We also promise that the products you see on our website are the products you finally get.

CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

The customer agrees to all our terms and conditions. Before purchasing from tlyard, consumers are advised to read all product information of the products they purchased in detail. Including but not limited to: description, compatibility, warranty, installation and shipment. This is to ensure that you are satisfied after receiving the product.

CANCELLATIONS

If you want to cancel your order, please email service@tlyard.com. Please cancel the order before we ship your order to avoid paying the return freight.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

If you receive the product, you have 30 days to send it back for a full refund. Yes, you must return the freight to us because we paid the freight to you.

We have the following return conditions, please continue to read.

Return condition: the item must be unused and uninstalled and in a new resale state to get a full refund. Check the following unused conditions. If you want to return the goods, please send an email to service@tlyard.com Or try our live chat anytime between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. pacific standard time Monday to Friday (except federal holidays).

Unused condition: the item must be unused and uninstalled and in a new resale state to receive a full refund. Some of our products, such as vinyl packaging stickers, screen savers and carbon fiber spoiler, will not be returned once the installation tape or 3M lining is removed. Before removing the adhesive lining, make sure you are satisfied with the product and the installation process.

SHIPPING CHARGES/FEES

Any additional charges arising from “reject” or “return to sender” shipments will be deducted from the total refund amount.

*Note: for customers who return goods internationally: customers who return goods internationally must pay the customs duties of their country. We are not responsible for any customs or customs charges. Any additional costs incurred due to “reject” or “return to sender” shipments will be deducted from the total refund amount.

RETURN TIME LIMIT

Orders cannot be returned after 30 days. Please contact us. If you want to change something else, we may provide a partial refund.

INSTALLATION PROBLEMS

We cannot refund products that failed to install. We provide troubleshooting solutions and send replacement parts every day. We only ask our customers to pay for materials and freight. Please contact our technical support department for assistance. We recommend that you watch the installation video before installing any product to ensure that you are comfortable with the installation process.

REPLACEMENT PIECES 

Our products are installed by ourselves, but if you need to replace some products due to errors during installation, please send us an email with photos and your replacement request. Please contact us for replacement costs, including material costs, transportation and handling costs.

TWO YEARS WARRANTY   

  • If the product has a quality problem within 30 nature days after your receive the item, we accept free returns or exchanges and will cover the full freight.
  • If the product doesn't have a quality problem, and you would like to return the order for your personal reason, please note that you will be responsible for paying the freight of the returned goods, as well as the possible customs duties and other expenses. Freight is nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the return freight will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the product is a customized product and in production, no refund or return without quality problems. Customized products such as steering wheel.
  • Any additional charges arising from “reject” or “return to sender” shipments will be deducted from the total refund amount.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

For lost or damaged items, you have 5 days from receiving the delivery notice to send an email to inform us to replace them. We will compensate you. After 5 days, we will not be able to replace the lost or damaged goods. The customer shall provide complete photo evidence of damage, including photos of all boxes and packages. We will ask you to provide as much evidence as possible to support your claim and provide you with the products you deserve!

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
