As each country has its own set of rules, regulations and import taxes, in principle the customer and not Tlyard will be responsible for the customs duties as these are the rules of the customer's country.

Tracking Your Order

After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email or SMS containing the tracking number by Tlyard. If you didn't receive the email, please check your junk mailbox. You can track the status of your package via the tracking link: https://www.17track.net

Inspection And Sign

As Tlyard products are usually quite valuable, please inspect the package upon receiving them. Don’t sign the delivery or open the box when it's chipped or damaged. In these situations, please contact Tlyard Customer services.

After you (or somebody else on your benefit ) sign for your product, Tlyard will consider this your approval of the package, amount, and merchandise. To protect your rights, you’re highly suggested to take a complete unboxing video and inspect the items in line with the packing list. If items are damaged or missing, please get Tlyard Customer Service within 24 hours after you receive the package so we can solve the issue immediately.
