Product Warranty Period: 2 years warranty

We provide a 2-year quality guarantee risk-free for all products in our store after you place an order. If the product has a quality problem within 30 nature days after your receive the item, we accept free returns or exchanges and will cover the full freight. If the product has a quality problem within 31-730 days after your receive the item, we accept free return, fix, or exchange. However, the resulting round-trip shipping needs to be borne by the customers. Please note that quality problems refer to the quality problems of products under normal use, excluding problems caused by intentional damage by customers or improper installation and operation.

SHIPPING CHARGES/FEES

  • We do not charge a return handling fee.
  • If the product has a quality problem within 30 nature days after your receive the item, we accept free returns or exchanges and will cover the full freight.
  • If the product doesn't have a quality problem, and you would like to return the order for personal reasons, please note that you will be responsible for paying the freight of the returned goods, as well as the possible customs duties and other expenses. The original freight of the order is nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the order return freight will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the product is a customized product and in production, no refund or return without quality problems. Customized products such as steering wheel.
  • Any additional charges arising from “reject” or “return to sender” shipments will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Because the shipping cost of each package is different, please consult customer service for specific costs via email service@tlyard.com.

For customers who return goods internationally: Customers who return goods internationally must pay the customs duties of their country. We are not responsible for any customs or customs charges. Any additional costs incurred due to “reject” or “return to sender” shipments will be deducted from the total refund amount.


After we receive your return, our quality assurance team will check your return. After the inspection is complete, our customer service representative will process your return refund or assist you in placing a replacement order for a replacement. Please note that some items cannot be returned due to their product nature. we may decide to return or exchange excluded items, for example, if you receive damaged items. If this happens, contact after-sales customer service immediately: service@tlyard.com.

REFUND TIME

Return condition: the item must be unused and uninstalled and in a new resale state to get a full refund. Check the following unused conditions. Unused condition: To be eligible for a return, your goods must be unused and uninstalled and in the same condition as the goods you received. Your goods must use the original packaging. Your goods need a receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be unused and in a new resale state to receive a full refund. Some of our products, such as vinyl packaging stickers, screen savers, and carbon fiber spoilers, will not be returned once the installation tape or 3M lining is removed. Before removing the adhesive lining, make sure you are satisfied with the product and the installation process.
