Customer service from Tlyard was excellent. We exchanged several emails before the product was shipped because they wanted to make sure I ordered the correct product for my vehicle. That level of care really impressed me.

Shipping was fast. Installation was straightforward using a video provided by a blogger on YouTube. I found out about this product through his video and followed the installation step by step. It wasn’t hard at all—you just need the right tools and a little patience.

The product itself works very nicely. I use my frunk almost every day because I keep my mobile charger and cable inside. Every time I plug in or unplug my charger, I have to open and close the frunk.

Before installing this, I was always worried about fingerprints and about accidentally damaging or denting the hood by pressing it down. That was the main reason I decided to purchase the electric suction soft-closing lock. Now, every time I close my frunk, it closes smoothly and perfectly—and I truly enjoy using it.

Considering the easy installation and perfect performance, I highly recommend this product to anyone who is considering it, especially if you plan to keep your car for many years.

Lo acabo de recibir y la instalación me ha resultado fácil con una pequeña duda con los conectores -seria mejor una explicación mas clara- sobre todo donde se conecta el conector que desacoplamos.
